An amazing scene played out in Benin City, the Edo State Capital when the Aide-de-Camp (ADC) to Governor Godwin Obaseki collapsed during the inauguration ceremony.
The governor was on set reading his inauguration speech when the ADC standing behind him fell slowly. Fortunately, the incident didn’t disrupt the programme as other aides quickly stepped up to support the ailing ADC.
The governor who was reading his speech hardly noticed what was happening. See the video below.
