Simi offers tips to upcoming artiste on importance of social media

Popular song writer and singer, Simi Kosoko has given tips on her social media on how up-and-coming artiste should push their career.

The singer talked on the importance of online platforms like Instagram, Twitter and the likes in promoting her music brand.

The ‘Duduke’ crooner warned those artistes who are fond of keeping so much to themselves and on a rare occasion would they post any content on their social media pages.

According to her, those who don’t put up posts and if they do, hardly have anything to do with their music career were not helping themselves. She added that they should endeavor to sell themselves more often than not.

Making a key note, Simi stated that for them to be successful in their music career path, they need to sell themselves more.
In her words;

“You a “serious” growing artist and you have only 3 posts on your page.
A picture of the sunset, one of aeroplane, and one of your shoe. Captioned – Lost, but don’t find me.
Nothing with your music in it. That’s not a great look. If you want it bad bad, always be selling yourself. Leave the mysterious shit for when you’ve won! Even then, still leave it.”
