‘Wizkid Disrespected Me With His Remark’ – Reekado Banks Opens U
Nigerian Singer/ songwriter Reekado Banks has spoken up after getting insults from Wizkid.
Recall that back in October, precisely on the 15th, Reekado Banks shared a snippet of a new song ‘Omo Olomo’ which featured Wizkid. Apparently Wizkid wasn’t happy that Reekado Banks was releasing the song in the heat of the End SARS protests.
The Starboy in anger called Reekado Banks a fool and a clout animal, then asked him to delete the song. The reaction from Wizkid was surprisin.
Just when we think it all over, Reekado Banks has given a reaction about Wizkid’s outburst with him. He said he felt disrespected by the remark while granting an interview at Hot 93.3 FM Lagos.
“It made me understand that I wasn’t respected as much as I thought so it’s like I dey my lane then,” Reekado Banks said.
Last Friday November 27, Reekado Banks released his EP ‘Off The Record’ and he took out the song he had with Wizkid from the tracklist.
