Government of kaduna state El-Ruffai comes under attack for sacking over 2000 teachers
The Human Rights Writers Association of Nigeria, HURIWA has criticised Kaduna State Government led by Nasir El-Rufai for sacking 2,357 teachers in the state.
Comrade Emmanuel Onwubiko, Who’s the national coordinator, made it known that the action taken by the government was heartless and illegal in every sense.
The former president of the Nigerian union of teachers ‘NUT’, Audu was also sacked for not obliging to sitting for the competency test conducted.
You can recall that another test was held around December 2021 where 30000 teachers were fired for scoring below %75.
The compulsory test was put together by the Kaduna Universal Basic Education Board (KADSUBEB).
