He filed for divorce from his pregnant wife after claiming she’s expecting a baby with another man.
TMZ reported that Burton listed March 1 as the date of separation and also cited the usual “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split.
He is looking for joint custody and coparenting. They got married in 1999 and have 3 kids together.
